The breach exposed sensitive personal information, including email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, driver’s license details, and passport numbers, but did not impact social security numbers or financial data.
TPWD is collaborating with the vendor to enhance security measures and is offering impacted individuals one year of free credit monitoring. Users are advised to monitor their financial statements and be vigilant against potential phishing attacks.
