Hasbro alerts staff after breach leaks personal data of hundreds

TOY and game company Hasbro has notified employees that their personal information may have been compromised in a data breach. Notifications indicate that exposed details may include names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, national ID numbers, and financial data. A total of 436 Massachusetts residents are reported affected among the company's approximately 4,600 global employees. The breach may be linked to a cyberattack in late March that caused system disruptions. Although Hasbro is not aware of any misuse of the personal data, they are offering identity protection services to those affected.
