The company seeks to enforce a permanent injunction, reinforcing the message that allowing NSO to operate could jeopardize national security.
NSO Group, facing significant legal challenges and fines for targeting users globally including activists, continues to appeal the injunction. WhatsApp has also taken steps to inform users about the domains linked to these phishing attempts.
