UPPSALA Security, a blockchain intelligence and crypto forensics firm based in Singapore, has become the first blockchain intelligence company to join the Cyber Threat Alliance (CTA) as an Affiliate Member. The CTA is a nonprofit organization focused on uniting cybersecurity companies to share threat intelligence and improve defenses against cyber threats.
Uppsala's membership will enhance CTA's capabilities by introducing on-chain threat intelligence, which tracks malicious wallet behavior and illicit fund movements within blockchain networks. This collaboration aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of cyber incidents, allowing for more effective responses to cybercrime. Uppsala Security was founded in 2018 and offers services to law enforcement and financial institutions to combat crypto-related threats.
