A recently identified issue in the Kimi Work desktop client (v3.1.5) by RuntimeWire highlights a privacy concern when users submit feedback. The application inadvertently uploads the five most recently updated agent session records alongside diagnostic logs without user notification or consent options. This data can include sensitive execution records, and while some filtering occurs, it does not prevent the transmission of private information.
The core problem revolves around user awareness and data collection practices, as users are not informed about what data is being uploaded. A more transparent approach is suggested for future updates.
