Paidwork breach leaks 23 million users’ financial data

The Paidwork platform experienced a data breach in March 2026, exposing the personal and financial information of over 23 million users. The stolen database, which was advertised on a cybercrime forum, included full names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, banking details, and hashed passwords. Cybercriminals can exploit this data for phishing, identity theft, and other malicious activities.
