Cyera secures $600M, valuation jumps to $12B amid AI boom

Data security firm Cyera has raised $600 million in a recent funding round, increasing its valuation to $12 billion. This investment follows a $400 million Series F round, bringing its total funding to over $2.3 billion. Led by Evolution Equity Partners, the funding involved several prominent investors, including Accel and Blackstone. Since late 2024, Cyera's valuation has quadrupled from $3 billion after its Series D funding.

Cyera specializes in AI-driven data security solutions, offering over 100 capabilities in areas such as data security posture and loss prevention, crucial for organizations navigating AI transformation. CEO Yotam Segev emphasized the importance of trust in AI operations, positioning Cyera as a vital 'trust layer' in data security.
