A leading experiential leisure provider has embraced Darktrace AI for autonomous, preventative cybersecurity to protect guest experience while enabling secure global venue expansion. The approach emphasises a phased rollout with minimal disruption to critical systems such as POS terminals and AV infrastructure, starting in detection-only mode, then adding autonomous response on selected models, and finally expanding to full autonomous coverage across domains.
In just six months, the team logged 3,599 total investigations, contained 320 incidents indicative of an attack, and autonomously resolved 91% of those events, with only 9% escalated to human analysts, delivering a substantial saving of 740 analyst hours in a single month. The deployment also highlights improvements in endpoint and network visibility, plus policy-enabled containment that preserves POS and guest networks. The CTO described the transformation by saying: “AI isn’t optional – it’s operational.
The real risk to your business is trying to out-scale automated adversaries with human speed alone. When applied to the right use case, AI becomes a catalyst for efficiency, resilience, and business growth.” The organisation aims to strengthen PCI, GDPR and cross-border privacy compliance while continuing to scale securely.
