Don’t breathe that sigh of relief just yet: BreachForums is gone, but the Salesforce leak site isn’t
BreachForums has been seized, but the Salesforce leak site associated with it remains online, according to DataBreaches[.]Net. The post quotes ShinyHunters stating that the forum is finished and will not be rebuilt, with claims that the FBI and international partners seized the domains recently. The administrator team also described the seizure as involving compromised backups and destroyed backend servers, and warned that the era of forums is over.
The piece notes that the leak site for Salesforce victims persists, despite the forum’s demise, and refers to 11:59 PM New York time on 10 October 2025 as a future checkpoint. It also highlights that the story leaves open the possibility of clones or honeypots emerging, even as the FBI and DOJ reportedly did not respond to inquiries. According to DataBreaches[.]Net, the end of BreachForums may not spell the end of data exposure related to Salesforce leaks.
