Sendmarc appoints Dan Levinson as Customer Success Director in North America

Sendmarc has announced the appointment of Dan Levinson as Customer Success Director – North America, in a move that supports the company’s regional expansion. According to CyberNewsWire, Levinson will lead the development of customer success programmes designed to help businesses strengthen their email security and achieve full DMARC compliance.

He brings over 15 years of experience in email security, deliverability, account and product management, and leadership, with hands-on work implementing SPF, DKIM and DMARC to reduce impersonation risks and improve deliverability. In his new role, Levinson will build a North American team focused on delivering expert support and driving adoption of DMARC and related standards across clients’ email environments. The release notes a 25% reduction in support cases during a period of 20% year-on-year customer growth as part of Levinson’s prior impact.
