Claroty Raises $150 Million in Series F Funding
Claroty has announced a $150 million Series F funding round, taking total funding to roughly $900 million and, according to Calcalist, boosting its valuation to an estimated $3 billion. The round was led by Golub Growth, with existing investors confirming up to $50 million in additional participation. The company describes its platform as providing asset visibility, exposure management, network protection, secure access, and threat detection for xIoT systems spanning ICS, IoT, and IIoT.
While Claroty has not publicly confirmed its valuation, Calcalist reported the figure and noted the valuation increase since March 2024, with the company’s leadership suggesting it is entering the final stages of preparations for a Wall Street debut. CEO Yaniv Vardi told Calcalist that the firm aspires to go public and could be ready for an IPO as early as 2027 if market conditions align. SecurityWeek notes that cybersecurity funding reached $9.5 billion in the previous year, providing context for Claroty’s continued growth.
