Patch Smarter, Not Harder: Now Empowering Security Teams with Business-Aligned Threat Context Agents

Darktrace’s latest release for Proactive Exposure Management combines endpoint context with financial insight to sharpen vulnerability prioritisation and speed up patching decisions. It introduces a No-Telemetry Endpoint that inventories installed software and maps it to known CVEs without sending network data, enabling device-level context without network traffic.

A built-in Cost-Benefit Analysis calculates ROI for patch actions by weighing patching effort against potential exploit impact, including factors such as headcount time and device count. The update also seats Exploit Prediction Assessment and Deep & Dark Web Monitoring within a single workflow, compressing the window from discovery to decision and reducing noise for faster remediation.

This is complemented by Darktrace’s Cyber AI Analyst, an agentic AI that autonomously investigates alerts and prioritises incidents across network and endpoint telemetry, supported by the mixed-telemetry NEXT capabilities for unified NDR. The live launch event is scheduled for 9 December 2025, with demonstrations of how these innovations advance continuous threat exposure management and proactive risk reduction.
