Varonis Acquisition of AllTrue.ai Valued at $150 Million

VARONIS Systems has acquired AllTrue[.]ai, a move described by SecurityWeek as expanding its AI trust, risk, and security management capabilities. According to Wall Street Journal, the deal is valued at $150 million, though Varonis has not publicly disclosed the purchase price. AllTrue[.]ai’s platform provides visibility into where AI is being used, the models and agents running, and the data they can access, with Varonis aiming to monitor and control AI behaviour through its Data Security Platform.

The CEO and co-founder of Varonis, Yaki Faitelson, said that combining AllTrue’s AI visibility with Varonis’ capabilities helps organisations adopt AI while keeping risk in check. The announcement comes after a turbulent period for Varonis shares, which fell following a revenue miss and a pivot to a SaaS-based model; the piece notes earlier 2025 acquisitions of SlashNext and Cyral. The report is dated 4 February 2026, with the detail that SecurityWeek’s M&A coverage catalogued 426 deals in 2025.
