Guardz integrates Palo Alto browser security for small businesses
Guardz, the MSP‑focussed Agentic Workspace Security platform, today announced the integration of Palo Alto Networks Prisma Browser for Business. The collaboration links Prisma Browser’s protection with Guardz’s broader security stack—covering email, identity, endpoints and data—to enable MSPs and their 24/7 MDR teams to investigate browser-related activity as part of a single incident.
The rollout aims to help small businesses prevent threats that cross the browser gateway, such as phishing that leads to fake login pages and exposed credentials, by connecting browser events with related email and endpoint telemetry for autonomous detection, investigation and response.
The integration’s capabilities include inline machine‑learning phishing detection and Advanced URL Filtering to block malicious pages, malware/extension security via WildFire analysis, and browser security scans of uploads and downloads. Guardz describes the approach as linking browser signals to email, identity and endpoint data to support investigations, with streamlined deployment to MSPs and quick extension deployment on Chrome and Edge profiles.
Early‑access MSPs reported a smooth rollout via their RMM, noting rapid configuration and deployment. Representing Palo Alto Networks, Shivam Srivastava emphasised that the browser has become a primary gateway to the modern workspace and highlighted the goal of an identity‑centric, unified security fabric powered by agents, designed for autonomous defence at scale. Kevin Kehoe of Datawise Networks also vouched for the ease of deployment and config.
