Army gynecologist took secret videos of patients during intimate exams, lawsuit says

An Army gynecologist is accused of taking secret intimate videos of a patient at Fort Hood in Texas, according to a lawsuit filed on 11 November 2025. The suit says the woman is believed to be among scores preyed upon by Dr. Blaine McGraw, with Army leadership allegedly allowing him to continue practising despite years of sexual misconduct complaints.

McGraw has been suspended and is under investigation by the Army Criminal Investigation Division, or CID, with potentially affected patients to be contacted by investigators, Fort Hood’s media centre website states according to the report. NBC News reports that at least 25 women have already been contacted after investigators found photos and videos on McGraw’s electronic devices showing female body parts. The lawsuit also mentions allegations of inappropriate touching, crude remarks and performing unnecessary procedures.
