Introducing the Microsoft Defender Experts Suite: Elevate your security with expert-led services

Security teams are being pushed to their limits as AI-powered cyberattacks grow in speed, scale, and sophistication, with only 14% of organisations surveyed by the World Economic Forum reporting confidence in having the right people and skills to meet cybersecurity objectives, according to the World Economic Forum. Microsoft responds with the Defender Experts Suite, a new security offering that provides expert-led services to defend against advanced threats, build resilience, and modernise security operations.

The suite combines managed MXDR, end-to-end incident response, and direct access to a designated Microsoft security advisor to accelerate security outcomes. Notably, Defender Experts for XDR offers round-the-clock MXDR and threat hunting, backed by more than 600 years of combined analyst experience, with a service delivery engineer providing ongoing recommendations. A promotional offer runs from 1 January 2026 to 1 December 2026, allowing eligible customers to save up to 66%.

End-to-end protection is reinforced by Microsoft Incident Response and Enhanced Designated Engineering, ensuring integrated guidance and continual improvement across Defender workloads, detections, and resilience.
