The “Internet YIFF Machine” leaks millions of “anonymous” tips to DDoSecrets

THE Internet YIFF Machine has leaked millions of allegedly anonymous tips to DDoSecrets, according to DataBreaches[.]Net reporting on 18 March 2026. The tips come from P3 Global Intel, a Texas-based cloud‑based tip and intelligence management company that enables the public to share crime tips with thousands of clients, including Crime Stoppers programmes and law enforcement agencies.

The leak contains extensive personal data on people accused by tipsters, including names, email addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, home addresses, licence plate numbers, Social Security numbers and criminal histories; the hackers have provided the data to DDoSecrets, which restricts access to researchers and journalists who can verify them. The hackers describe themselves as “The Internet YIFF Machine.” Read more at Straight Arrow News, according to SAN.

DataBreaches[.]Net notes that this incident is not the first Crime Stoppers breach, but it appears more serious because it affects multiple clients and millions of tips, potentially chilling tipsters if the breach is widely reported.
