DARKTRACE has announced a new era of security by uniting human behaviour and threat detection across email, Slack, Teams, and Zoom, announcing a unified training and email security approach that links personalised coaching with cross-channel visibility. Dated 24 March 2026, the release introduces the brand-new Darktrace Adaptive Human Defense, a solution that closes the gap between user behaviour and email security to deliver a self-improving defence across day-to-day messaging.
The update also features industry-first cross-channel full-message analysis, extending its behavioural analysis from email to messaging and collaboration apps to trace intent, tone and conversation flow. It emphasises a closed-loop system where training adapts to user activity and detection evolves across channels, with contextual Just-in-Time coaching and adaptive phishing simulations as core components.
Additionally, there is a DMARC integration that links domain protection with attack surface intelligence to accelerate investigations and reduce impersonation risk at the source. According to Darktrace’s State of AI Cybersecurity report, 92% of security professionals believe AI-powered threats require significantly upgraded defenses, underscoring the drive to AI-native security operations.
