SentinelOne to Acquire Observo AI in $225 Million Deal

SentinelOne is set to acquire Observo AI, a California-based company that has developed an AI-native data pipeline platform for DevOps and security, in a deal described as worth $225 million. According to SEC filings, SentinelOne will pay roughly $225 million in cash and stock for Observo AI, and the transaction is expected to close in SentinelOne’s third quarter of fiscal year 2026.

The move aims to boost SentinelOne’s SIEM and data offerings, with Observo AI’s platform designed to help enterprises manage the large volumes of data generated by IT infrastructure and security tools. AI is used to filter the data to reduce its volume, aid security teams in detecting and addressing incidents faster, and route data to SIEMs and data lakes.

Tomer Weingarten, CEO and co-founder of SentinelOne, described Observo AI as miles ahead of rivals and said the acquisition will enable faster, seamless data routing into an AI SIEM or other destinations, delivering new customer and partner value.
