PALO Alto Networks has announced its plans to acquire Embrace, a provider of user-focused observability technology, to enhance its Observability platform with Real User Monitoring (RUM) capabilities. Alongside this acquisition, the company launched Synthetics, which allows proactive validation of application performance globally.
This move is part of a larger strategy to unify Digital Experience Monitoring and enhance overall application performance visibility, building on previous acquisitions, including Chronosphere for $3.35 billion. The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, pending customary conditions.
