Netherlands Seizes 800 Servers, Arrests 2 for Aiding Cyberattacks

Authorities in the Netherlands arrested two co-owners of internet hosting companies linked to Russia, charged with violating EU sanctions by facilitating cyberattacks and misinformation efforts. The arrests were part of an investigation into Stark Industries Solutions, a notable provider used by Russian hackers. The suspects, Andrey Nesterenko and Youssef Zinad, were accused of maintaining operations that supported pro-Russian attacks, notably during Denmark's municipal elections. Dutch authorities seized over 800 servers and other equipment during the operation. Both men denied awareness of any misuse of their services.
