LIC India, Bouygues, IMSS Data for Sale; Paris Phishing Toolkit Unveiled
On 15 September 2025, SOCRadar’s Dark Web Team reported new underground activity involving data for sale and a newly introduced phishing toolkit. The report highlights alleged databases of LIC India, Bouygues Telecom, and IMSS as being advertised for sale, alongside a Paris Phishing Toolkit described as an adversary-in-the-middle service with phishing kits for Gmail and Office 365.
The toolkit is said to include SMTP servers with high sending capacity, inbox management and access to target databases, plus components such as a Telegram bot and domain/SSL management. The article notes that these developments illustrate the ongoing growth of cybercrime tools and services designed for mass exploitation and identity theft.
In addition, the piece references other related items on the Dark Web, including alleged sales of data linked to a Brazilian telecom company and a Mexican Social Security Institute database, among others. According to SOCRadar, the coverage is part of their broader effort to track threats and provide actionable intelligence on evolving underground activity.
