CyberSIXT Evidence Panel Source marked as original reporting

MOSCOW , Idaho, clinics reopened on Friday after a cybersecurity incident at Gritman Medical Center disrupted outpatient care earlier in the week, with the hospital and emergency department remaining open throughout, according to DysruptionHub.

Gritman first publicly disclosed the problem on Thursday, saying several primary and specialty clinics were closed because of an electronic systems outage, and an update that night noted further closures on Friday, including Downtown Clinic, Westside Clinic, general surgery and gastroenterology, orthopedic surgery, therapy, pain, sleep, urology and several family medicine locations.

By Friday, electronic systems were coming back online following what it described as a cybersecurity incident, and QuickCARE reopened on its regular schedule. The provider said it expected to resume normal clinic operations on Monday, 6 April 2026. Read more at DysruptionHub.
