Darktrace Announces Extended Visibility Between Confirmed Assets and Leaked Credentials from the Deep and Dark Web
Darktrace’s latest blog outlines how Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) is evolving with extended visibility between confirmed assets and leaked credentials from the deep and dark web, enabled by new Darktrace / Attack Surface Management capabilities.
The update introduces Exploit Prediction Assessment, which continuously validates whether top-priority exposures are actually exploitable in your environment, and Deep & Dark Web Monitoring, which extends visibility to millions of sources to detect leaked credentials linked to your confirmed domains.
The post notes that these features compress the window from discovery to decision, helping teams act with precision rather than panic, and it highlights a new Confidence Score that compares newly discovered assets to known assets to prioritise risk. It also mentions that Darktrace / Attack Surface Management complements, not replaces, existing controls such as annual penetration tests, providing continuous validation across CTEM. The article, published for The Darktrace Blog on 23 October 2025, also advertises a live launch event on 9 December 2025 to showcase these innovations.
