ACCORDING to SecurityWeek, internet intelligence provider Censys announced on March 31, 2026 that it has raised $70 million in strategic funding. The round comprises a $40 million Series D equity tranche led by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, with participation from Decibel Partners, Greylock Partners, GV, and Intel Capital, plus $30 million in debt financing.
With this fundraising, Censys has now raised more than $149 million in total venture capital funding to support product innovation and global expansion of its internet intelligence platform. The platform offers a comprehensive, continuously updated global map of internet infrastructure, providing visibility for security and threat intelligence teams to manage exposure and respond to risks in real time.
Core capabilities focus on attack surface management, enabling organisations to discover, monitor, and prioritise risks across internet-facing assets, while also including threat hunting and proactive incident response. CEO Zakir Durumeric described the investment as accelerating AI-enabled security at global scale.
