Malanta Emerges from Stealth with $10 Million Seed Funding

Malanta, a Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup, has emerged from stealth with a $10 million seed funding round led by Cardumen Capital and with participation from The Group Ventures. The round also counted angel investors including Udi Mokady, Benny Schneider, and Harel Prag and Amit Greener of Rollout Ventures.

The company says the funds will accelerate engineering and go-to-market efforts and enhance its ability to detect indicators of pre-attack (IoPA) to forecast and block attacker infrastructure, C&C servers and phishing kits before they are weaponised. Malanta positions itself as shifting breach detection left into attack prevention by collecting and analysing digital breadcrumbs attackers leave behind and predicting how they will be weaponised.

The firm was founded in Tel Aviv in July 2024 by Kobi Ben Naim (CEO), Guy Ben Arie (head of engineering), Yossi Dantes (CPO) and Tal Kandel (CBO). The announcement was posted on SecurityWeek on 5 November 2025.
