ServiceNow to Acquire Armis for $7.75 Billion in Cash

According to SecurityWeek, IT services giant ServiceNow has agreed to acquire cybersecurity company Armis in an all-cash deal for $7.75 billion. The announcement follows Armis’ recent funding round which raised $435 million, and comes as Armis had been valued at $6.1 billion in its latest round. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, after which Armis’ team will join ServiceNow.

ServiceNow and Armis already collaborate, with multiple integrations connecting Armis’ data to ServiceNow’s workflow. The deal follows a separate acquisition by ServiceNow of Veza Security, with no disclosed terms, though reports have valued that deal at over $1 billion. Armis specialises in discovering IT, OT, medical, and IoT assets and providing asset intelligence, visibility, protection, and remediation capabilities.
