CYBERSECURITY researchers have uncovered a Belarus-based software platform called ProxySmart that is powering SIM farms on an “industrial scale,” according to Infrawatch. In a report published on 21 April 2026, Infrawatch identified 87 ProxySmart control panels across 17 countries and 94 phone farm locations, with farms spread across 19 US states and other regions in Europe and South America.
The platform is described as an end-to-end stack for operating and monetising a physical farm, including device management, automated IP rotation, customer provisioning, plan enforcement and anti-bot countermeasures, with operator capabilities aligned to large-scale evasion enablement such as remote device control and network fingerprint spoofing. ProxySmart is marketed as a turnkey solution, marketed as “SIM Farm as a Service,” and sold to farm operators via a pricing model dependent on SIM count.
It is typically self-hosted with a reverse proxy disguising its location and supports physical smartphones and USB 4G/5G modems, orchestrated by a Python backend obfuscated by PyArmor.
