Led by Forgepoint Capital, with participation from other investors, the company, founded in 2023 in California, offers a proactive security platform that evaluates and improves organizational security posture. The platform integrates AI and human workflows to identify and address control gaps.
The new funding will be used to enhance engineering efforts, accelerate platform development, and expand AI capabilities. Forgepoint Capital emphasizes that AI can enhance security by addressing existing tool inefficiencies within the organizational context.
