AI music platform Suno leaks 55 million emails and payment data

IN November 2025, the AI music generation tool Suno suffered a significant data breach that wasn't reported until July 2026. The breach affected over 55 million unique email addresses and included phone numbers for those who signed up using them. Additionally, it contained tens of thousands of Stripe records related to customer purchases, exposing names, physical addresses, purchase amounts, and partial credit card information (including type, expiry date, and last four digits). Suno stated that it does not have access to full credit card numbers. This incident reflects ongoing concerns about data privacy and security.
