INDUSTRIAL cybersecurity firm Dragos has acquired Phosphorus, an xIoT security specialist, to enhance its capabilities in securing connected devices in critical infrastructure. Phosphorus, founded in 2017, offers a platform that helps organizations identify devices, assess vulnerabilities, and automate security tasks such as password rotations and firmware updates.
Dragos aims to provide its customers with improved asset visibility and integrated intelligence soon, although details on full product integration have not been disclosed. Sonu Shankar will lead Phosphorus within Dragos during the integration process. Financial terms of the acquisition remain unknown.
