Five UK Startups Vie for Infosecurity Europe 2026 Cyber Prize

FIVE cybersecurity startups will compete in Infosecurity Europe 2026’s Cyber Startup competition, taking to the stage on Tuesday 2 June to pitch live to an audience of senior industry leaders, investors and buyers. The judging panel includes Shlomo Kramer, described as one of the most influential figures in the global cyber industry, alongside Mun Valiji, group CISO at Close Brothers, and Kirsty Kelly, Group CISO at Underwriting.

The prize package includes a free exhibition stand at Infosecurity Europe 2027, PR support from Origin Communications and a future-brand workshop package from Dusted.

The five finalists are Cytidel, a Castlebar-based vulnerability intelligence platform founded in 2022; Datambit Limited, London-based for deepfake detection founded in 2023; Konvu, a New York‑based AI-native vulnerability triage platform founded in 2024; Ploy, a London-founded agentic access intelligence platform established in 2023; and Red Carbon, Torino-based AI analysts founded in 2020.

According to Infosecurity Magazine, the competition will showcase emerging technologies and give startups direct access to potential customers, partners and investors.
