iPhone 17 Surge: Apple Hits Record $102B Revenue While Teasing AI Siri 2026 Debut
Apple has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, ending on 27 September, with total revenue reaching $102.47 billion, a 7.94% rise from the year-ago period. The iPhone line remains central to the business, delivering $49.03 billion of revenue, up 6.1% year over year and accounting for about 48% of total revenue, as the iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max contributed strongly in less than a month on the market.
Net profit for the quarter rose to $27.47 billion from $14.74 billion previously. Apple also noted that revenue in Greater China was $14.49 billion, down 3.59% from the same period last year, reflecting intensified competition in the region.
CEO Tim Cook highlighted “very healthy demand indicators” and said the full impact of the new models would be seen in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, while announcing that a next-generation Siri powered by AI will debut in 2026, with potential integrations from third parties. According to Apple, other segments showed mixed results, with Mac at $8.73 billion, iPad at $6.95 billion, Wearables, Home and Accessories at $9.01 billion, and Services at $28.75 billion.
