Novee Emerges From Stealth With $51.5 Million in Funding

Novee, an offensive security startup, today emerged from stealth with $51.5 million in funding raised over three rounds, including a May 2025 seed of $8.5 million, a September 2025 Series A of $33 million, and a December 2025 venture debt round of $10 million.

The company has built an AI-driven penetration testing platform designed to uncover novel vulnerabilities by simulating real-world hacking tactics, with the ability to reveal complex business logic flaws and provide exploit validation and automated retesting in an end-to-end loop. Novee says its proprietary AI model is trained on real-world attack techniques and workflows, enabling a platform that continually reasons like a real-world attacker to identify novel attack paths.

The firm, which has offices in Tel Aviv and New York City, was founded in May 2025 by Ido Geffen (CEO), Gon Chalamish (CPO) and Omer Ninburg (CTO) and now lists 32 employees. According to Yoav Leitersdorf, Novee is built by a team that has spent decades operating at the highest levels of offensive cyber and critical infrastructure defence.
