Arsen Launches Smishing Simulation to Help Companies Defend Against Mobile Phishing Threats

Arsen has launched a Smishing Simulation module to help organisations defend against mobile phishing, unveiling the tool on 24 October 2025 in Paris, France, where the release is attributed to CyberNewsWire. The new feature lets security teams run realistic, large-scale SMS phishing simulations across their organisations, aimed at CISOs, MSSPs, and risk officers to assess exposure and train employees to spot malicious messages.

It supports deploying SMS-based attacks at scale using pre-built or customised scenarios, and it can track behaviour and response rates across different employee groups while providing a controlled, safe training environment. Additional capabilities include customizable content, domains and link shorteners, optional AI features to enhance authenticity, a straightforward interface for rapid setup, and secure landing pages protected by an integrated web application firewall.

The Smishing Simulation runs on the same infrastructure as Arsen’s phishing and vishing simulations, ensuring campaign logic, reporting accuracy and reliability stay consistent when applied to mobile. First rolled out in the summer of 2025, it is now available to all customers as part of Arsen’s broader social engineering defence suite.
