GEORDIE , an AI security and governance startup based in London, has raised $30 million in a Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to $36.5 million. Founded in early 2025, Geordie provides a platform for securing and governing AI agents used by organizations. As AI agents become increasingly integral to operations, the startup's solution offers real-time visibility, governance, and control to mitigate risks.
The investment round was led by Balderton Capital, with plans to enhance platform capabilities and expand operations to the U.S. Geordie also offers a runtime remediation suite called Beam to shape and constrain AI agent behavior.
