ACCENTURE has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Dragos and full acquisitions of runZero and NetRise for approximately $4.1 billion, aiming to enhance its position in operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. The acquisitions will combine Dragos's threat detection capabilities with runZero's asset discovery and NetRise's firmware analysis to create a comprehensive security solution for industrial and critical infrastructure.

The transaction, expected to close by September 2026, values Dragos at $3.25 billion and is projected to deliver $208 million in annual recurring revenue by mid-2026, reflecting a 53% increase from the previous year. This strategic move is seen as a response to ServiceNow's acquisition of Armis and aims to position Accenture as a leader in OT security.
