Darktrace AI Strengthens Cyber Resilience for Offshore Marine Firm

Darktrace has implemented its AI-driven ActiveAI Security Platform to enhance cyber resilience for a marine organization involved in critical offshore services. This organization, facing increased security complexities from a digital transformation, uses Darktrace to protect diverse environments including email, identity, network, and cloud services. Key points include:

• Darktrace enables autonomous responses, reducing the manual workload of the ICT team while improving real-time threat detection and incident responses.
• The system learned normal behavior patterns to detect emerging threats without relying solely on traditional signatures.
• Integration of various Darktrace solutions aids in managing risks associated with distributed identities and intersection of IT and OT.
• The resilience achieved allows for swift action in threat containment, dramatically increasing operational safety and decreasing alert fatigue for security teams.
• The organization plans to continue advancing its cloud strategy while prioritizing security through enhanced visibility and governance.
