PWC and Google Cloud have expanded their strategic alliance with a commitment of $400 million over three years to scale AI-powered security operations. The deal aims to help organisations modernise their defenses by integrating Google’s security technologies and threat intelligence with PwC’s transformation and managed services expertise.
By embedding Google threat intelligence directly into enterprise security programmes, the initiative seeks to shift organisations from a reactive to a proactive posture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The joint portfolio covers the full security lifecycle, from cloud-native application protection and threat intelligence to automated compliance and managed services, providing a single pane of glass across complex infrastructures.
Security professionals are guided by Morgan Adamski, deputy leader for cyber, data, and technology risk at PwC, who emphasised operationalising AI and intelligence to improve day-to-day security work.
