Come build with us: Cloudflare's new hubs for startups

Cloudflare is expanding its offices into a new, more open model for startups, with doors planned to be opened to external startups and builders from 2026 for collaboration, networking, or simply working in a new location. Beginning in January 2026, selected office locations will offer all-day coworking spaces to external visitors on specific days each week, with a registration process and ground rules, starting in San Francisco, Austin, London, and Lisbon.

The move builds on Cloudflare’s long-standing practice of hosting events in its spaces and its existing free plan and start-up programme, aiming to connect teams and foster innovation beyond the Cloudflare team. The company notes that its offices have evolved since the pandemic to support remote and hybrid work while emphasising in-person collaboration, and it envisions spaces that accommodate quiet focus, creative problem-solving, and lively collaboration.

Participation will involve enrolling in the Cloudflare for Startups Programme, with a cohort-based rollout and advance notice to programme participants before wider access. Cloudflare hopes the initiative will expand opportunities for startups to access its connectivity cloud, security, and developer services, while encouraging responsible use and respectful care of the spaces.
