THE Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has secured a £355,880.10 confiscation order against Rizwan Manjra, a former Manchester motor insurance worker who unlawfully accessed personal information. The order must be paid within three months; failure to do so will result in a default prison sentence of three years and six months while still holding him liable for the full amount. Additionally, Manjra is required to pay £1,500 in costs within six months.
