A recent Windows 11 bug causes significant storage loss due to the Capability Access Manager service, which generates excessively large database log files (up to 513GB). This impacts versions 24H2 and 25H2, leading to abnormal spikes in 'System & Reserved' storage. Users can verify their storage usage through Settings or Command Prompt. Microsoft has released the KB5095093 preview update to fix the issue, which can be installed via Windows Update or downloaded directly. In case the update doesn't resolve the problem, users can disable the Capability Access Manager Service to prevent further log file expansion.
