ACCORDING to RTÉ, a University College Dublin staff member in his 50s is due in Dublin District Court after being charged in connection with unlawfully accessing student data at the college. The man was arrested this morning following an investigation by the Garda National Cyber Crime Bureau. Gardaí say more than 100 victims, whose personal information and images were accessed, have been interviewed. He has been charged with over 140 offences and is due before the Dublin District Court this morning. The force says it continues to contact victims and offer support while engaging with University College Dublin.
