Massive IPTV Piracy Network Uncovered by Silent Push
Silent Push has uncovered a massive IPTV-based piracy network that has been active for several years and is hosted across more than 1,100 domains and over 10,000 IP addresses. The researchers identified two companies profiting from hosting pirated content, XuiOne and Tiyansoft, and found at least one individual, Nabi Neamati, based in Herat, Afghanistan, who appears significantly involved in the network’s operations.
The investigation connects XuiOne to sites such as xuione[.]com and to other domains including jvtvlive[.]xyz and streamxpert[.]net, with JVTVpromoting offerings that list channels from Prime Video to Netflix and claiming “2,000 servers across 198 countries.” The analysis notes links to the open-source Stalker Portal and details associated domains and social accounts tied to Neamati, including Fiverr and Telegram handles.
According to MUSO’s 2024 Piracy Trends and Insights report, TV piracy tends to rise due to platform fragmentation and gaps in price or access, while The Guardian is cited regarding escalating prices driving viewers back to piracy.
