isVerified Emerges From Stealth With Voice Deepfake Detection Apps
isVerified, an Israeli startup, emerged from stealth on 15 January 2026 with mobile apps for Android and iOS designed to protect enterprise communications against voice deepfake attacks. The company, spun out of cybercrime intelligence firm Hudson Rock, aims to tackle AI-generated voice impersonation that can be used in vishing and other voice-based threats targeting executives, boards, and officials.
The software provides real-time, language-agnostic deepfake and synthetic audio detection across an entire phone call, and uses biometric identity verification to create a tamper-resistant link between the real person and the communication channel. It is built on a hardened VoIP layer to help prevent interception, and is designed to keep call analysis local on the user’s device to address privacy concerns.
The applications are described as suitable for both companies and government organisations, though the company has not disclosed funding information at this time.
