Surf AI Raises $57 Million for Agentic Security Operations Platform

SURF AI has announced its launch, accompanied by $57 million in funding to help enterprises operationalise their security programmes. The funding round was led by Accel and includes investors Cyberstarts and Boldstart Ventures, with the investment earmarked for product development and hiring.

Based in New York, the startup offers an agentic security operations platform that connects business context with data scattered across identity, security, cloud, data, HR, and IT tools to construct a context graph of assets, owners, permissions and dependencies. The Surf AI platform aims to prioritise risks by business impact and coordinate remediation through goal-oriented workflows, using specialised AI agents to drive execution while preserving human oversight and auditability.

The company states it was founded in 2024 by Israeli cybersecurity veterans including Yair Grindlinger, Elad Horn, Roie Cohen Duwek, Avner Gideoni and Brenton Gumucio, and is already working with global organisations and Fortune 500 companies.
