BWH Hotels reported a data breach where hackers accessed guest reservation data from October 2025 to April 2026, compromising names and contact information of an unknown number of guests. The breach affected multiple brands under BWH, which operates over 4,000 hotels globally, including Best Western and WorldHotels. While the hackers had access to personal details and reservation specifics, payment data was not compromised.

Following the incident, BWH took the affected application offline and engaged cybersecurity experts for further investigation. Guests are advised to be cautious of phishing attempts using the stolen information.
