RegScale Raises $30 Million for GRC Platform
RegScale has raised over $30 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round, bringing the company’s total funding to more than $50 million, according to SecurityWeek. The round was led by Washington Harbour Partners, with participation from M12, Hitachi Ventures, Ankona Capital, SYN Ventures and SineWave Ventures. The Virginia-based company has developed a continuous controls monitoring platform that uses AI agents to monitor compliance, automate evidence collection, conduct audits and analyse risk.
The funding will support expanding RegScale’s go-to-market team and enhancing the platform’s capabilities, including integration of compliance-as-code into DevSecOps processes. RegScale CEO and co-founder Travis Howerton said the platform is designed to close gaps in real time, helping organisations manage increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while cutting costs and accelerating missions. The news was published on 17 September 2025.
