GOTHFERRARI , real name Marlon Ferro, was sentenced to 78 months in prison in connection with a sprawling social engineering conspiracy that stole well over $250 million in cryptocurrency from victims across the United States. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, Ferro pleaded guilty on 17 October 2025 to one count of conspiracy to participate in a racketeer influenced and corrupt organisation.
The sentence also includes three years of supervised release and a restitution order of $2.5 million. Court documents indicate the operation involved multiple states and overseas associates, with Ferro performing roles that included residential burglary to steal hardware wallets containing cryptocurrency. Ferro, who is 20 years old and from Santa Ana, California, was arrested in May 2025 and later found in possession of firearms and a fake ID.
