OASIS Security has raised $120 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to $195 million since the company was founded in 2022. The New York-based identity management startup has developed a non-human identity and agentic access governance platform that targets the growing use of AI agents within enterprise environments. The round was led by Craft Ventures, with additional support from Cyberstarts, Sequoia Capital, and Accel.
Oasis says its Agentic Access Management (AAM) capabilities are designed for infrastructure-agnostic deployments, delivering just-in-time access and a single policy control across hybrid environments. The company plans to use the funds to deepen research and development, expand across AI agent frameworks, and scale its go-to-market and sales teams, according to SecurityWeek. 19 March 2026.
